Routes Ahead is the 14-19 area prospectus for Derby and Derbyshire. Connexions Derbyshire Limited are responsible for:

  • developing the site
  • providing relevant marketing and support materials, and
  • ensuring all information is impartial and considers equal opportunities.

Learning providers are responsible for keeping their course, provider and event information up to date. Online application process and Individual Learning Plan (ILP) developments

Routes Ahead will be a core component of the new common application process which is currently being piloted in two learning communities - Chesterfied and Derby.

The process will be introduced to all Year 10 students in the 2009/10 academic year and will be used for the first time for applications by Year 11 students in 2010/11.
