Connexions Derbyshire Limited's privacy statement

Introduction

We will do everything we can to keep the personal information you give us secure against unauthorised access. We want you to have peace of mind when giving us with your personal information. We use industry standard security measures to make sure your information stays private and confidential.

How long will we keep your information?

We will keep personal information about you until you are aged 20, or 25 if you have a learning disability or difficulty. It will be automatically removed from our system once you reach this age.  No one else will see your information. If you no longer wish to continue your registration as a user of one of our websites, you can do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the login page of the site, or by sending an email to unsubscribe@connexions-derbyshire.org

Our websites have links to other sites that may contain information that is useful and of interest to you. This privacy statement only covers our websites. We are not responsible for the content or security of information on any linked websites.

What we expect from you

We expect you to keep any passwords and usernames you create for our websites confidential.

If you post or email offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to our websites, or get involved in any disruptive behaviour on our websites, Connexions Derbyshire Limited may use whatever information we have about you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as your school, employer, school email or internet provider and law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.
